We want you to feel confident purchasing Everything Is Number. This page explains how refunds work.

7 days refund window

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@everythingisnumber.com within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@everythingisnumber.com with your name, delivery address and proof of payment. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

After the refund window

Because each copy is a physical book that is printed and shipped to you, we're unable to offer refunds after the window above has passed.

If your copy arrives damaged or is not the book you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
